Treatment
We carry out sandblasting and surface preparation in accordance with the ISO 8501-1 standard, applying anticorrosion systems (including ACQPA-certified ones) tailored to each project. We handle both industrial parts and individual projects of all sizes, guaranteeing quality, precision, deadlines, and full compliance of the prepared surfaces.
Bead blasting
Bead blasting is a surface treatment process that consists of projecting micro glass beads onto parts to obtain a homogeneous, slightly satin-finished surface free of roughness. This method is used to clean and deoxidize, reduce surface roughness, or remove slight impurities without damaging the material and/or to prepare surfaces before painting or coating.
We perform this type of treatment mainly on stainless steel and aluminum.
Our advantages: Our company provides a non-aggressive bead blasting process, perfectly suited for sensitive materials, delivering a uniform satin finish on parts of all sizes—small, medium, or large. We ensure a clean and controlled process that guarantees excellent repeatability. We are able to measure surface roughness using tactile–visual comparators to ensure full compliance of prepared surfaces. Our bead-blasting equipment features an abrasive recovery system, allowing us to reduce material consumption and minimize environmental impact.”
Sandblasting and other surface preparation processes
Sandblasting consists of projecting an abrasive under pressure to clean, strip, or prepare a surface. We apply the ISO 8501-1 standard to achieve the required preparation levels, from Sa1 to Sa3.
We also carry out manual or mechanical preparations to reach St2 or St3 levels.
We monitor surface roughness using tactile–visual comparators to ensure the surface meets specifications before treatment.

We have full mastery of preparation levels St2 to St3 and Sa1 to Sa3. We can perform precise roughness checks with tactile–visual comparators to guarantee compliance and the quality of prepared surfaces. Liquid coating
We apply professional liquid coatings either according to your specifications or based on our technical recommendations.
Thanks to our equipment and paint booth, we apply ACQPA anticorrosion systems, including primers, intermediate layers, and topcoats, adapting each application to the required corrosion category, from C1 to CX. We offer a wide range of finishes, from glossy to satin, matte to textured, and we work on both small parts and large components.
